San Baylon Restaurant 's menu offers tasty dishes that are also ideal for a quick lunch break, such as the mouth-watering veal with tuna sauce and its giardiniera, the gentle sea bass tartare with julienne of crispy spring vegetables, and the Chef's "cacio e ova," the traditional Abruzzo pallotte embellished with tasty bell pepper.

On the other hand, classic, family-style Italian cuisine to perfection is the star of the first courses with rigatoni alla norma, pasta alla chitarra with baked tomatoes, shrimp and saffron pistils, and sincere cacio e pepe.
