In the beating heart of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps, there is a place where Roman culinary tradition meets contemporary creativity: San Baylon. More than just a restaurant, San Baylon is a destination that turns every meal into a sensory journey.
Also, from September 16 to 22, the restaurant will participate in Negroni Week, with creations inspired by the famous cocktail and in support of the Slow Food organization, which defends cultural and biological diversity, promotes food education, passes down traditional knowledge and skills, and fights for fairer and more equitable food policies.
It's not just the palate that is gratified: San Baylon is an experience for all the senses. In the charming inner courtyard of Palazzo Ripetta, between art and history, there is a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere, ideal for an aperitif with friends or a romantic dinner.
With the arrival of autumn, from September 23, the Executive Chef surprises us with a new fall menu, which mixes local prime ingredients to create traditional Italian dishes that delight and surprise. To top it all off, Pastry Chef Roberta La Piana leads us into a sweet universe with her Signature dessert menu, where each dessert is a small work of art to be enjoyed to the very last bite.
