March at San Baylon: new proposals and rediscovered traditions

From March 8th to 19th, San Baylon offers a succession of events that lead towards refined flavors and culinary traditions to rediscover.

On International Women's Day, Baylon Cocktail Bar presents the Cosmopolitan Special Day: an occasion to taste the iconic cocktail with its pink color and refined taste, which over the years has become a symbol of elegance and style. To make the day even more special, the delightful Wonder Woman cookies, creations produced directly by the Pastry shop of Palazzo Ripetta and by the creative and attentive mind of Pastry Chef Roberta La Piana.

On March 15th, for the most curious palates, San Baylon hosts the first edition of "Radici”. A four-handed dinner where the talent of Palazzo Ripetta's Executive Chef, Marco Ciccotelli, encounter that of other renowned chefs to explore, each time, the roots and culinary traditions of our country and to create a surprising gastronomic experience.

The appointments continue also during the second half of the month: to celebrate Saint Patrick's Day, the Bar Team of Baylon Cocktail Bar presents the Patrick The Starfish cocktail. An homage to the Irish tradition and an opportunity to toast with style and refinement in the company of friends and family.

As every year on March 19th, to best celebrate Father's Day the pastry shop of San Baylon proposes the delicious Zeppole di S. Giuseppe, whose soft fried dough, filled with pastry cream and garnished with powdered sugar, are the perfect tribute to celebrate all fathers with taste, in an atmosphere of tradition. A March to be spent among the historic halls of Palazzo Ripetta, enjoying the arrival of spring also in the evocative outdoor space of the cloister, immersing oneself in unique culinary experiences where, between new proposals and rediscovered traditions, passion, creativity, and excellence are never lacking.
